How To Make Enemies And Irritate People is an excellent slab of punk from Screeching Weasel. Led by Ben Weasel with Dan Panic, Jughead and Mike Dirnt (yeah the guy from Green Day). This was recorded as the band was imploding, which should have meant the big suck, but they managed to pull off one of their best efforts.
