The Singles - Better Than Before

Great merseybeat inspired power pop album from these Detroit hipsters, wonderfully executed and energetic, you won’t be able to sit still while spinning this one. The band had two other releases, all three appear to be out of print at this time, however they should be easily obtained used.

Fort Worth Teen Scene - Vol. 1

First volume of this excellent series (what else would you expect from Norton). Everyone should already have these three volumes on their shelf, but in the event you don’t, you can preview them here and buy ’em later.

Ear-Piercing Punk

If one were to judge by the cover, you'd be expecting some early eighties British punk, but the contents are anything but. This deceitful comp is in fact full of mid sixties sounds, sure to make fans of the genre squeal with delight.

The Nomads - Showdown! (1981-1993)

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Here is some great loud guitar fueled garage to play really fuckin' loud at your next barbecue or pool party. Even though these Swedish punks play lots of covers on this two CD set, there are a number of great originals to enjoy too.
